"Horrible experience of having food here. Went to this hotel along with my daughter and sisters and thought they would have an enjoyable experience. But it turned out to be an utter nightmare. Did not expect people would stoop down to this level. Firstly, whatever was mentioned in the menu and ordered was not served. While placing the order the unavailable items were not informed to the customers yet they have exorbitantly charged. Secondly, there was an unprofessional behaviour throughout. No ethics and no values at all. The intention of the hotel is to rob the customers ruthlessly and not provide them with what's promised while placing the order. Extremely disgraceful.Thirdly, the food both veg and non veg was hopeless and tasteless. Never ever I would advise anybody to visit this hotel. Be careful, make wise choices and save yourself. Felt deeply cheated. Never take your family here it's a complete mood off and it's guaranteed your time and money will go in drain."

"The food is decent but where the place thoroughly failed is the service. Here 's how I 'd describe Palash somewhat good food, slightly diluted drinks, confused service and great ambience. Food: crunchy munchy highly ok. It was spicy but there was no hint it flavor of garlic. The veggies weren 't that crunchy and the fries were missing. Drinks: the funny incident was when we ordered white wine and the guy came with a glass of red wine. No worries understandable mistake. The epic moment was when the server tried to convince us that it 's white wine that looks like red! what!? . We of course asked him to check but wow! Just wow! soup tomato basil flavorful but very 'concentrated ' as if someone forgot to add water and dilute it down to the right consistency and flavor. At times it just tasted salty and there were no croutons to break that. Thai red curry rice: again decent for the price I felt a bit let down. The issue was the creaminess either they skimped on the coconut milk or it was just a bad day in the kitchen and someone accidentally added too much water. Overall the flavor was hot or a miss but it was runnier than other Thai curries I have eaten. chicken shashlik this is a sizzler too us by surprise. But tasted good this was unexpected and we actually liked it. Service: oh so bad! The waiter would repeatedly touch the rim of our glass, masks were worn on the chin failing to cover the nose and there was just a haze of confusion. When serving they dropped their spoons. Just bad and unhygienic. They need to be trained that you can 't touch spoons and glass rims with your bare hands esp during covid and expect patrons to be ok."

"This restaurant has a mouth watering menu. Worth waiting in a queue. You can place your order before while waiting. Kids friendly area near entrance. You will love chicken tandoori with other kebabs. Especially try their soup. Really good quality food they are serving. But they need to improve the platter quantity."
