"Ordered last night at 6pm but never arrived until 8.45pm. After 3 phone calls and some rude customer service from clearly over worked staff. Our 1st time ordering from here, the food was lovely and hot. I won't use again cause the service was so so bad. It's a shame as the food was lovely. It was my Birth day meal and a child was eating but sadly it came too late for him to enjoy. Advice for the boss either take on more staff or don't accept home deliverys if you can't keep up the the demand. And maybe teach your staff how to talk to people on the phone without being rude and arguing. After all it wasn't my fault I only wanted my food we had waited 2 and a half hours for."

"My friends and I hadn’t met up for a while lockdown had got in the way so we decided on the Goa for our reunion dinner. One friend, who has digestive issues requested that her Vegetable Bhuna was cooked without garlic which was...done to her request and it was lovely! The other friend had a sag dhal which was yummy but I can’t ever fault my absolute favourite the Goan Green Chilli Chicken! It’s sublime not the prettiest looking but just the right heat and oozing with spice and flavour. We had rice and naan with our food and poppadums to start and a wonderful time was had by all. The Goa has continued to serve this village with initially takeaways and deliveries but has kept going throughout this pandemic. Well done to Naz and his team!"
