"We stumbled across this restaurant offering takeaway this evening. It was an excellent choice. Staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our takeaway food. The quality and quantity of food was excellent and very good value for money. Unfortunately do not live locally to enjoy more regularly and would love to try the dining experience, but would highly recommend to others."

"Just had a takeaway meal for two (giants) more than enough for 3! Had Chicken tikka lamb tikka starter which we combined with a chicken tikka Jalfrezi a Lamb tikka Madras. Add a saag aloo (spinach potato) side dish, a vegetable rice and a garlic chilli naan bread and you have a fantastic meal for three. Also came with poppadoms dips couldn't ask for more. Food was hot and delicious. Very good service and a sublime meal. Highly recommended!"

"Many vegan lunch and dinner options via the menu, including dumplings with tofu, thiali with kichererbsen curry and dal, nudelsuppe, steamed and fried brote. beautiful, cozy decor with Tibetan books and furniture. a visit is worthwhile when they are in the opposite, or it is easy from london for a day tour or a scenic break. quite unique, since authentic Tibetan food is hard to come!"

"The service is amazing. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and really personable. Always happy to help. The food is out of this world. Honestly, I haven’t been to a better Indian restaurant as good anywhere. The flavours are incredible and the staff will alter the Level of spice and heat to your liking. The gunpowder chicken is incredible. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The atmosphere is welcoming and they are just a great bunch of people. The chefs really are top drawer."

"I moved away from Middlewich years ago but my mum still lives there which gives me the perfect opportunity to keep coming back to the Blue Ginger. The menu is great with all the traditional British Indian restaurant curries alongside a number of specials you simply don't find anywhere else. Have been through the entire menu and loved everything I've ever eaten here but mum and I settled on the shashlik bhuna as our absolute favourite. If you love rich masala type dishes with a lot of sauce can highly recommend. It is my favourite Indian restaurant despite having worked my way round many in London and Manchester which are great but not up to this standard on the food front. The staff are always attentive and happy to make recommendations and talk through what they've got on the menu if you're unsure. I do not understand some of the 1 star reviews as they do not even vaguely reflect my experience and I've been here dozens of times. Perhaps telling in most cases it's the only review written by those individuals bitter competition perhaps? Give this place a go, have a fabulous meal then go for a drink in the White Bear after..."
