"I've lived in Chester North Wales for 25 years and had many curries in the area , and this is by far the worst Ive tried so far. Sickly sweet purple onion bhajis, a keema naan with only traces of lamb within and smeared with some kind of tikka paste which made it look and taste bad, and the WORST Biriyani Ive ever seen on a plate, tasted of nothing and the little pieces of lamb were so chewy it was a COMPLETE waste of money. Never again, cannot believe anyone can rate this place above zero NO STARS should be an option."

"Used to visit a couple of times a year. Thought I would go there again in January. Unfortunately it was a greasy, cold, congealed mess. I was disappointed at the time but thought it was probably one of those things . I went again last week and had the same mess. Having spoken to others who went there in the past, I can confirm that it 's not just me who was these issues. Standards have definitely slipped. Please go elsewhere."

"Went for lunch following a recommendation from campsite owners. Don't let the outside appearance put you off. Inside the decor is clean and bright. We arrived just after opening and there were several tables already taken. It became apparent that the other people already there...were regulars, with one customer mentioning that he is gluten free after hearing me ask advice regarding wheat flour in the various dishes. Avoiding the obvious naan, samosas and spring rolls) there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. Poppadoms with the usual relish accompaniments, lovely creamy korma to a very robust chicken madras. Staff were continually checking the buffet, stirring and replenishing dishes as required. There was a limited choice of wine but we enjoyed a tasty Chilean merlot which stood up to the variety of spices in the food. Pinot Grigio and Pinot blush were also available) All in all a very enjoyable leisurely lunch. Good value. Will definately return if we are in the area again."
