"Service needs to be improved. Waiters should be attentive. Staff is polite. Food was served within 15 minutes but waiters don't come near your table after serving food. We called them many times but nobody cared. After 15 mins of continuous calling, a waiter came to us. We ordered Veg Biryani, Paneer lababdar, Chicken fried rice and Roti. Quantity of both rice (biryani and fried rice) was really good. It was more than enough for two people. Quantity of Paneer Lababdar was less. Food was piquant. A small bowl of spicy sabji and another bowl of raita were given alongside the biryani. These two dishes were moreish. Roti was very good. It was soft. The pickle was flavoursome. Chicken fried rice was not upto the mark. Very clean restaurant. There are few tables upstairs. This is in Khadakpada. This is few minutes away from Jhulelal Chowk."

"The hotel is situated in Vallabh Garden Bikaner. It is away from city's pollution but still not very far from prime attraction of city. Rooms are very big and interior is also good. The swimming pool was well maintained. I hereby want to add that maintaining a swimming pool in desert is very difficult. You can take a morning and evening walk in the serene area."

"We have always tried delivery from this place though it is located right at Kapurbawdi junction. The food is very nice things i would personally recommend is thier cheese koftas , Aloo Parathas Dum Biryani.<br/ <br/ Cheese Koftas is a giant Kofta filled with lots of cheese gravy. It melts like water in your mouth. Its a great dish for cheese lovers.<br/ <br/ Aloo Parathas are very popular here among locals.<br/ <br/ Overall you should try this place."

"Completely surprised and disappointed by the service recieved. I have been to the restaurant earlier like few yrs back and thought revisit last month . It's used to be good once upon a time but now it's seems they have lowered their stds ... Waiter was least interested in taking the order suggesting any dish infact the server had more knowledge than the one taking orders. We ordered soup and Surbhi's spcl biryani, soup felt like too much preservatives were added the original essence was missing. Biryani was pathetic we couldn't even finish it. The meat had very irritating smell felt like stale food was served."
