"The waiter here was quite friendly. He took a lot of time discussing details with me and even went over the menu - assuring me that I would have the best. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. The food was absolutely good, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the Chicken lollipop and the Biryani was great (even took some pics so I could try to replicate at home). The service was excellent. Ambience is apt for a date. The cocktails here are worth giving a shot at. We will be back to check out more dishes and maybe one day have room for dessert because they had some options that looked delicious."

"A very silent and serene place... The restaurant has a very nice ambience.. gives you a feeling of contentment. I happened to have the buffet breakfast. very well laid buffet, i must say. The food is decently displayed... all set to tempt your taste buds. The buffet has a good spread. The service staff is attentive and courteous. Wonderful way to start the day!"

"I have been to this place thrice. So here are some opinions based on the experiences I had all the three times. The food tastes good, be it Punjabi or Continental or Desserts. The staff is courteous and the service is upto the mark. Variety offered on the menu is moderate. Pricing is on the higher side but is justifiable. The only thing that I did not like, in fact I hated is the ambiance. Despite of well designed interiors, during peak hours when the restaurant is full, the amount of noise you experience is phenomenal. Perhaps the interiors are such that the atmosphere gets bit too congested. Tables are placed close to one another that adds to the congestion. There is an option to sit outside in a covered area but that place has its own disadvantages. Mosquitoes and audience to the dishes on your table (people walking through the pathway to the banquet hall). To sum up, I would give a good rating to the food and service, the ambiance has a lot of scope for improvement though."

"Great Vibe , Strictly not for pure vegetarian because its feels little insecure watching both veg non veg being made at one place and everyone around you is having non veg. but its loved by non vegetarian alot so go ahead. About parcels i am little bit disappointed because the staff entertains swiggy zomato much more so it gets hard for you to get your order on time . we waited for so long but got order much late that the roti were getting colder and bhaji was not prepared or the preference was under swiggy zomato orders."

"Had ordered food for my parents on 31st night... Wish to say that service was excellent... Food was delivered very fast... Had ordered Paneer kadhai & Veg Dum Biryani... Biryanis taste was good & tasted fresh... But paneer preparation was not at all up to the mark... It was too salty & paneer was not at all soft..."

"The only place where this restaurant gets it's points is the ambiance and its cordial and helpful staff. The food here, in my last visit, was terrible. The Hunan Sauce here, is to date, the worst Chinese sauce that I have ever had. When complained to the staff, they were extremely calm and cordial, and noted every of my concerns, and also excluded all of the items I did not like from the menu. For this reason, I haven't went below 2.5, and I sincerely hope that they have improved with time.<br>

However, do not try this place out unless you know for sure that they've improved. It might end up being a big disaster for you."

"We stumbled on to Masala Zone quite by accident and I must say it was quite a happy accident. Looking at viable options, after an afternoon of wine at Sula wineyards (and some overpriced finger food), with a family of 4 including 2 kids, we were driving around when my wife spotted Masala Zone and the entrance looked quite decent, so in we went.<br>

First of all the ambienece, was nice and airy with lots of sunlight. Basically its was open dining area with a large low roof and surrounded by mosquito nets on all sides, so cutting out all the creepy crawlies. Nice seating and open ambience made us instantly relax. It was quite cool, being late December, but i guess it will be cool in summers too due to the Nashik climate.<br>

We ordered Chicken Zaffran, Rotis, Naan and Dal Khichda for the kids. The breads were very well made with none of the chewiness associated with maida based breads. The Dal khichda was tasty and easy on the palette - one of the better ones i have...
