"Ordered a take away, food was cold, items missing when we rang the restaurant we were told the manager was available to provide a refund for the missing items, what a surprise!!! Last time I will order from here, increase in prices, smaller portions and pathetic service."

"We had meetings with Debbie, she seemed professional so we chose her to do our entire catering and bar for our wedding. When it came to the day the issues were endless. She was supposed to be supplying table cloths crockery and cutlery and setting up the day before when we called her she just said no I 'm busy i 'll be there tomorrow. We had to go and borrow some table cloths/bedsheets from a friend! She arrived on the day, was scruffy (in see through leggings! , disorganised, and rude to me the bride, I was so upset! We had requested all day tea and coffee as i don 't really drink alcohol didn 't get it . We requested a stocked bar with Ice and bar staff didn 't get it. We were horrified when we arrived to find our guests, DJ and Marquee man trying to help her get organised. We had to send guests out to buy for drinks for the kids she was supposed to supply too, luckily some of our guests brought their own! We asked for afternoon tea, got some manky dry buttys with the stale crusts left on, no butter or cream for the scones. She promised crockery and cutlery and glasses for a toast we got a spoon and a knife, a tea cup (chipped and a side plate which my guests had to help her put out should have been done the day before, no glasses arrived. When it came to the evening Buffet my guests were questioned and told 'you 've had some ' when they went up for a second helping we had paid for! It ruined my day and the stress left me so upset after planning our day for a year and spending a fortune with her! If you go with her get EVERYTHING discussed confirmed in writing Debbie is a total liability!"
