"The restaurant is small but cozy, the service was very good, only one guy but he was very efficient, my husband and i always eat the same thing at Indian restaurants, this was our first time at this one, the Korma tastes nothing like a...Korma, no almonds and couldn't taste coconut, i felt the chef just threw something together and tried to pass it off as Korma thinking that we didn't know indian food. Comparable to other Indian restaurants in Stuttgart this one is wayyyy over priced. My rating of 2 is only because the service was so good."

"Wir kamen von der Liederhalle eher zufällig vorbei. Auf den ersten Blick ist das Restaurant wenig einladend. Sehr eng bestuhlt, die Einrichtung wirkt billig. Aber die Speisen sind von exzellenter Qualität. Unbedingt die King-Prawns oder das Rinder-Curry probieren!!!! Der zweite Blick lohnt dann doch."

"Maybe we've been spoiled to other Indian restaurants but here's a quick experience list at this one:* server didn't bring us napkins or utensils. I had to get up and get it myself from another table.* the samosa was so hard and stale, it jumped off my plate when I tried to cut it with a knife. The owner saw it happen and didn't blink, kept on walking. * the order in which they brought out the food was not right. Samosa and kids dinner was out first. Then the main dish 20 mins later.* portions were remarkably small for the $17 a plate."

"This place is actually a take-away restaurant operated by an Indian originator. on the menu you will find all kinds of Indian dresses like mother couples, alu-ghobi, bhendi fry e.t.c with rice or butten naan. the butternan is very thick round, but...small soft in contrast to the naan made in india, which are very thin triangular. the owner will be more than happy to make something that is not on the menu card when the elements for the provision it is available and also a delivery order via phone and immediately they deliver it in minutes within the mile radius. you can also find some of the traditional European dishes such as pasta, salads, all types of pizza as well as some of the traditional Chinese dishes such as nudity. the menu looks a bit expensive, but is somehow compensated for by the quality as well as the amount of food."

"On my trip through the gastronomic landscape of Germany I inevitably land on the ceylonas as a lover of Indian cuisine. this inconspicuous place with the former environment of an old beer pub I visited for the first time in 2009, although it counts among the first Indian restaurants stuttgarts next to the kohinoor. it quickly became my favorite inn in the region, because I quickly dressed the extraordinary flavor in the different. the ceylonas have now been heavily upgraded with regard to environments, and the new Indian facility allows for a corresponding flair and cozyness. there are new accents with extended menu. almost two years long a second chef with the handwriting of the chef, small interesting differences in the seasons make a change. in the ceylonas you should try the vegetarian dishes. my absolute fell are the okraschotes, no one is here! but also the Tandoori carrier, Indian cheese in paprika filled from the Tandoori oven, and malai kofta, delicate cheese balls or lamb juices, marinated lamb balls, are absolutely recommended! the rice is of better quality than the standard. saffron, kumin and kardamom ensure a wonderful fragrance and aroma. The dishes with fish or crumbs are also very delicious. in the ceylonas really goes through and goes on a beautiful, culinary discovery trip. all dishes are freshly prepared, which can lead to a longer waiting period. for bridging there are on the cost of the house roasted, baked vegetables. I usually quote the free appetizer and the nan, Indian fladenbrot, because the main dishes are already wounded. an exceptionally tasty appetizer: the ugly spring rolls! a further specificity is the pfeffer papadam as contrast to the milder variants. the Indian Naan bread with its beautiful note is also unique, nowhere so special. the portions on the menu plates/tali plates are still huge, but ideal for “entry” in the Indian-Czeylonesian kitchen. to the lunch table there is too unbeatable 5,90 euro to choose three different dishes, including a soft drink. the service is very courteous, polite and cordial, I could never notice a scaling intention. the local earns the 5 stars in terms of eating, service and price-performance ratio. the environment, formerly weak point of the local, has strong positiw. calculation of a waiting period of 1 hour, reserve in the evening. Conclusion: the ceylonas is the typical secret tip. an exceptional ceylonesian Indian restaurant, comparable in this aspekt with the maharaja from hamburg. the well-known Indian-zeylonesian cuisine will appreciate it. in no case!"
