"Skip this location and drive to one of the other nearby Taco Bell spots. This location is frequently NOT open during business hours (drive thru coned off, doors locked, but employees inside) and even when they are open the wait times are insane (even if you are the only one waiting in line).I 've been told TWICE this past month that this location doesn 't do fresco style (except they do, and give it to me randomly).Obviously the owner is scamming people into paying extra where they can get away with it. 0/10 find some place else to eat and let this location just die off.If you HAVE to eat here, make sure they are open FIRST and order in the app before you pull up to the speaker.Good luck!"

"I didn't want to say anything, but I am. eating is hot and it never disappoints, no matter where they are from my experience. I enjoy interacting with other people of this planet. I just feel a little discouraging at the fact that the customer service has taken a back seat with the minimal amount of expenses to say hi to a new customer. when you go to the register and look at it, it feels like they're disturbing to work there as they have annoyed. I saw 4-5 customers too foot and it was the same every time. it's a job, you're paid. it is something that can be respected, they just do it well."

"This Taco Bell is an embarrassment to all Taco Bells. Last night I was SCREAMED at by a terrifying American public in the drive-thru as I had to walk to the drive-thru to ask about a mobile order I placed thirty minutes prior. However, the lobby is NEVER open, and the pickup from mobile orders apparently doesn 't register on the drive thru screens or SOMETHING. This is the second time I have waited over forty minutes for a single crunch wrap supreme. Last night, I left without my order because of how useless the drive thru employee was, and the anger thrown at me by the drive-thru people who I was unintentionally holding up. They NEVER get orders right, they have no concept of what expediency or a fast food restaurant should be and they are downright rude, incompetent and unhelpful. I hope this Taco Bell gets shut down so I don 't ever experience the temptation to TRY to order from them ever again."
