"The VIEW was GREAT. but i hope they anticipated the number of people that were going to that place because of the occasion. the foods were cold when they served it and lacking of condiments which is necessary when u order crispy pata, drinks late also.bad service, not worth for the service charge."

"Chicago flame dog at sm masinag offers a lot of gourmet sauces, hotdog sandwiches, kartoffel chips, nachos and what they call fire quenchers as cooler and so. we have already tried most of sandwiches like the French, Hungarian, Italian garlic, st. galler pushy and the hot chili dog, which is one of our favorites. it can be a bit sharp, but our hot dog hunger is sure to be satisfied. the prices are affordable and the service staff is polite and fast."

"We rented the place and we ordered food for an office event. The place is spacious and the view is good. However, we are really dissatisfied because of the following reasons.<br>
1. Food sucks. I was served an almost mushy pasta and it tasted bad. Food were served cold and carinderia quality. We have been doing this event every year and for 300 pesos we were able to get decent food from the past catering services we had. <br>
They charged us 300 pesos and we got cold chicken barbeque, sloppy calamari, mushy pasta and the non existing buko pandan. <br>
2. Servers/Waiters are not attentive and it will take five ask before you get your request. We had employee performance and as our employees are enjoying their colleagues perform the servers and their manager are busy watching too. They are not concern at all. And they asked us large amount of service charge (they didnt disclose during inquiry). When I asked for water they gave me a pitcher - I was not informed that its a...
