"Good food. Had Glenn's Surf and Turf Tacos. The tacos had grilled shrimp and tenderloin steak inside with Pico and a chimi aoili. The bisket nachos with smoked bisket was huge. The bisket was good. Also, the fried pickles were thin and tasty. Good food and friendly service at a good price."

"Tried something different. Super nachos were very, very tasty, but too much stuff on them made them very soggy. Not often you have opportunity to complain about too much of something, right??? "Upon arrival in our bay, one of the staff asked very rudely that our family separated because there were too many in the Bay Area We had a baby that was in a carrier in which they said our bay made over the capacity.) I checked the company's police and could not find any such information that confirmed this rule they tried to instill. I asked for Manager Matt) to show him that there were no top golf policies that agree or explain with our treatment. Not only was the manager Matt) not able to give a legitimate justification for why he did not let my family be in the same area, but he also confirmed the disregard and abuse we received from the staff. There were other families that allowed them to be together that did not adhere to their policies.) After I showed him this, he realized that they did not adhere to the policy that was formed, but he left them together. Our waiter was also extremely rude and refused to give me food for no reason. The waiter was reminded several times that I was not served and he reacted with a terrible attitude every time. After giving the bills, my mother patiently and calmly reminded him for the last time that I had not been served, that was here for 2 hours.) The male staff then confronted my mother, came straight into her face, pointed his hands on her forehead and cried out for her. Both of my parents are honorable servants and did not serve the disregard and hatred that this place is displayed. Another manager tried to solve the problem by serving my food personally. When I came home and opened the box, I was horrified and very disappointed about what I saw. They served me old/cold pommes that seemed stripped of the remains of other people. There was hair and what I believe to be mixed with the food. In addition, they dosed it in salt. It became clear to me at this moment that they never intended to fix the problem, and that they deliberately visited to hurt me with what I served. I got a picture of what I got vs. what I wanted to get. I would like to point out that today we were one of the only black families. I am not sure if this was reason behind our treatment, but I have never received such terrible and terrible service in my life. Overall, I found that the staff is very rude and inappropriate as they treated my family. I won't recommend this place."

"So I’m a regular Customer here and tonight my wings were not very good, slightly uncooked, hopefully I won’t get sick. This was the first time ever. Not only did I get new wings, they also didn’t charge me. Not many Restaurants would step up and do that! Thank you Gippers Management and Sara our Waitress for superior Customer Service!
