"I went last night with my grandmother and 2 other guests (5 in total). From the moment I made the booking through to the end of our meal the staff were friendly and accommodating. I mentioned during my booking my grandmothers mobility issues and a few other things and when we arrived they had ensured a table with clear easy access and a cushioned sturdy chair for her. Even down to taking orders they were attentive and friendly (without being patronising or condescending that sometimes happens when people talk to someone elderly). Anyone who treats my Nanna nicely is top on my list.<br>

The food was delicious! We shared a small beef nachos and a quesadilla for entree - the nachos were massive (considering they were a small) and we were practically full by mains! I had the chicken fajitas for main and they were fresh and very tasty. Everyone really enjoyed their food and it was all very reasonably priced considering how full we all were at the end!<br>

"Our four-headed family visited canberra from sydney. we had curtain, schweinetacos, mix of salat, seafood paella and chicken paella. it was too much of the worst plantain and guacamole ever. plantains are soft, guacammol was made pure by avocado, without lime or crumbled or something, it was also an extremely small serv (gucamole) pork tacos: taste was average but again, part of the filling was much too small seafood paella: ridiculous. there were muddles and two garnels on the paella. when we opened the muddles, my family was like: there is nothing in it! After we had a much closer look, we found the super tiny mushes inside. immediately we thought that was a joke...read more"

"Well after reading some reviews i was unsure but really wanted Mexican food. So we gave out a go. Servings were a good size, had beef nachos and pork chiminchanga and salad. Yes if the chips would be warmed the meal would of been served warmer. But the flavor was there and staff friendly. I felt the sangria was a but sour so i added lemonade which made it quite nice. Very relaxed atmosphere. Happy to eat here again."

"Ok, firstly I will be going back. Went for dinner last night, very good service, friendly staff who were attentive but not in your face. So now for the BUT....the food was a little bit of a let down...ordered the Signature Gumbo, and I don;t know if the spices in it were not ground up properly, but it was gritty...so not pleasant to eat. The seafood, some of it was cooked well but some of the fish pieces were over cooked, no seasoning added, not like a gumbo should be. Other half ordered the pasta with slow cooked lamb, it was better but again lacked seasoning. Our daughter had the cheese pizza, and it was delicious! Lovely crust, cheesy, not too much sauce...excellent! So, I will be back, it has a great atmosphere and again, service very good BUT will stick to the pub classics, steak, shnitzy, burgers and pizza. I think sometimes places try and be what they are not....do what you do, do it well and leave the fancy stuff to the fine dining restaurants."

"Visited here for lunch this week with guests from WA and really enjoyed the experience. The meals were very reasonably priced and the service was fast and efficient.Our orders were (i) 1/4 value meal - dad; (ii) Lebanese nachos: lamb - mum; (iii) Lebanese nachos: falafel - me and (iv) classic chicken kebab - wife. Everyone was happy with their meal, except my mum who thought the flavouring on the lamb nachos was a bit unusual. Service was very fast and the ambience of the restaurant was relaxed. This was my first time at Mister Zee's but I think I'll be back."

"We had a family wedding reception at Edgars in their upstairs function room. Whilst it is only a small space, it was perfect for an intimate wedding setting. The staff were great, the food was very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend hosting events like birthday parties or work functions at Edgars. Pricing for the event was also very reasonable. The only downside is there isn’t a lot of on-site parking so on the weekends it can be hard getting a park right at the location, but there’s plenty of street parking within 5 minutes walking distance"
