"I spent over 10 minutes trying to phone through an order. The phone just kept ringing and I had to double check the number as I thought possibly I had dialled it incorrectly. Sadly not they just weren’t answering. On one occasion the phone was picked up only to be hung up immediately which I find extremely rude. I decided to go in person to order as I was going to do a collection anyway. On arriving the chap was on the phone, a bit ironic seeing as I had tried for so long. I waited patiently till he finished, then he just walked off. He didn’t even acknowledge me. He was stood round the corner for a few minutes and eventually appeared. Ok granted he did apologise but by now I had been trying to order for over 20 minutes in total. Having studied the menu I went for the special £8.99 collection offer. I’d read the T&Cs and it said the stuffed crust and cheesy bites would have an extra charge. I ordered neither of these but requested a half and half pizza to be told i would be charged an extra £1. When I asked why as it wasn’t written on the menu I was told “it’s just something that we do!” I feel the service here is severely poor and I can’t help but feel ever so slightly ripped off. I know it’s only a £1 but it doesn’t say that anywhere. Who gets the extra £1????"

"Lovely atmosphere. Both my friend and I enjoyed the welcome. The mint millan which £2 goes to macmillon is worth twice the cost. The staff were amazing"
