"I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I called about 20 minutes before closing and asked if it was okay if I came over and was reassured that it was fine so long as I came quickly. I pulled up 10 minutes before closing, and both of the girls working were reluctant to take my order, one girl rolled her eyes multiple times, and when they closed the window, it was very apparent they were animatedly complaining about having to take my order. They didn't even bother walking away from the window before they started complaining.I have worked customer service before, so I understand that it is rude to show up so close to closing; however, we sat in the parking lot eating our snowballs and watched both girls leave right at closing time, so it was obvious that our order didn't even keep them late. From reading other reviews, I am not the first to have experienced poor service at this stand.I have had better snowballs and I have had worse snowballs, so there's nothing really to say about that. Their sizes are large for what you pay."
