"My wife and I frequent Crabby Joe's in Essex. We like the food, the service and we typically enjoy the atmosphere. However, two nights ago, was the second time in the past month, that my wife and I overheard the boss (Jon), screaming and degrading his bar staff in front of the patrons. We are and were absolutely disgusted by this behavior. How he still has a job is a mystery. Maybe he is part owner, I'm not too sure. To the wait staff, please do not take this behaviour as acceptable, you young ladies deserve more. We will no longer be attending this establishment because of this. The Michigan and Billy's will now get our business along with all of our friends."
