"Molcajete, I had to look at it. A Molcajet is like a Mexican stone mortar and peach. They essentially take a corneal of meat (chicken, steak, carnitas, chorizo, shrimps) and juicy aromas and heat them in this large stone cellar. It comes to you bubbling hot (I wish I could show you the video) with a side plate of usual beans, rice, guacamole, pico de galla, acid cream, etc., and tortillas. It is twice the price as the average meal on the menu and so much food that I guess it should be shared. I seriously don't know why more critics don't talk about it, it's amazing! And for someone who tries to cut back on Carbs, it is perfect; I just skipped the tortillas and rice. And since nobody wanted to share it, I had 2/3. If I didn't watch Carbs, I would probably reheat it with some chips and make fantastic nachos! My children said their dishes were good. In fact, they were so satisfied and fully refused their favorite ice cream. My margarita was just fine. Our server seemed like it had a hard day or maybe it was new and training, it was also the end of the night. In any case, the service was good and food came in a descent time when I ordered a specialty. I appreciated the big stand with high back. We paid for the first time with a QR code on the invoice and Apple Pay, which was super convenient."
