"I have only positive things to say about my experience eating here. I was not staying at the Hilton but was in the area with a friend and we decided to have some lunch. We ordered the Southwestern Nachos to start and they were INCREDIBLE. The portion was huge. The queso hit me on first bite. Best I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was super flavorful too. Next I tried the Farmhouse Burger. I asked for no egg. It was divine. The caramelized onions were so delicious and the burger was cooked excellently. Even the fries were great- perfect amount of salt!The service was also a part of the positive experience. Our server, Kripa, was kind and did her job well.Would go again for sure to try the flatbreads, fried chicken sandwich, and the desserts!!!Last, there are of lot of seating options.Five out of five!Parking: Huge parking lot. Easy entrance past some automatic doors and then you’re in the hotel. You walk straight and the bar will be to your left and you’ll see all the tables choices in front and to the left of you."

"Restaurant was only 1/3 full on a Saturday evening around 7:00 pm. Service was very slow. Margaritas were too sugary and had very little tequila. Food was average for Mexican, but Uncle Julio's is much better."

"My bf and I go here all the time. You MUST try their Hatch Chile sauce. I dip the chips in it. I slather it on my rice and tacos. It’s so good. I’m addicted to it. Always have a great server, food is delicious, everything is affordable, and the leftovers eaten the next day are heavenly. I wish Chuy’s was everywhere."
