"Long and drawn out experience, one of those where you realise early on you made the wrong decision and should've gone to that other restaurant but you hope you're mistaken and it will turn out alright. It didn't. Waited the length of a drink for the starter a small plate of nachos. Nice but underwhelming. Certainly not enough for the three of us. Then started our second wait for the four tacos and one burrito. Again, took half an hour or so. Had to chase to order more drinks. Food nice, but nothing extraordinary. Was left feeling hungry but decided not to wait another inordinate amount of time for more food. Asked twice for the bill. Eventually it came, along with the surprise announcement: cash only. Worst experience of our trip quite a feat considering everywhere else has been fine. AND it cost the most too!"

"Finally! a real Mexican restaurant in funchal. selim, the chef, is a kerl with ingenious idea and not just this new one. I recommend his food, and also the place has something magical somehow, as they are in a garden in the heart of funchal. really a nice little curse!"

"We had a nice evening here. everything was perfect, eating was delicious and bruno was a more attentive and knowledgeable waiter. he even told us to order less tapas, as the parts were large enough. would definitely recommend for a taste experience and at a very reasonable price."
