"We were out and got stuck in the rain. It was lunch time so we ducked into Cuban Burger with our 1 year old. Though I wouldn’t call it a “family” restaurant, they were so accommodating! I cannot stress how wonderful our server Cora was!!! She went out of her way to make sure our little guy was comfortable and taken care of as much as we were. The food was absolutely delicious and priced well. But Cora made our visit just over the top fantastic."

"At least once a week.. I'd have to say this is my favorite restaurant in Harrisonburg. The reasons why are very simple: The food is delicious, affordable, and very generous in the portions.<br/ <br/ With that being said, however, I've only gone there for lunch. On that subject, though, their lunch menu is astounding. They often run daily specials, for example, all lunch specials are only $4.99 on Wednesdays and just $5.99 on Thursdays (with a drink on Thrusdays). The fact that you get lunch plus dinner later (as there's always pleanty to take home) makes it even more of a great value. <br/ <br/ Don't pass this place up. Hands down best Mexican food I've had in central Virginia."

"I’ve been here to eat at least 4 times now and the food is outstanding! My friend and I love the nachos and taco salad! The waiters and waitresses care about your visit and they are above stellar! I will be back at least once a week! Love the margarita and Malibu Bay Breeze! Ricardo is awesome along with the rest of the staff!"

"This was my first and last visit to Island Wing Co. Our food was terrible!!! Felt like I was served yesterday's leftovers. Wings were hard and had no flavor.Chicken was rubbery and looked like it was covered in powder.Our traditional Margarita came out bright yellow. This was due to all the pineapple juice that was in it.Since when does a traditional lime margarita contain pineapple juice?Needless to say,I won't be returning and I would not recommend!!!"
