"I usually sit by the bar and catch a game. This time I was in the restaurant area. Jennifer was my waitress. Very personable,professional and easy to deal with. What actually impressed me was her personality with the youngsters sitting in the booth in front of me. She was awesome with them. It’s people like Jennifer who keep me returning to your establishment."

"Cheap wateres mild sauce that goes to the food? This used to be one of my favorite Gringos sites, but it seems that they? ve tried to shave money by the amount of cheese and irrigation of sauce.. I tried to think twice, it was a fuke and it wasn't. Go to the Joplin location. They make things right, especially given the fact that prices are higher for fast food, but it is worth it at the Joplin location."

"The first time in a fuzzy taco restaurant. the name pulled me in. when they go into them, they go to the bar and put their order and pay. they give them a little summer that goes out when their order is ready and a waitress will bring it to them. I had a brisket soft taco and the fajita chicken afteros. the taco was very tasty nothing I would order again, but would certainly try to sort other. the nachos were huge. good amount of well tasted, crispy Fjita chicken and much cheese. their type of chips I thought was excellent, it is a very, very thin style. not really sure how to describe it otherwise, but they were excellent. the staff was friendly and polite, I would certainly go back here. since I'm stuck in this hotel for four days, I'm going to lunch again today."

"Wife and I stopped here on our way home to Oklahoma (about 3 more hours of a drive) on Tuesday October 2nd 2023. A wow. Even though it was packed when we were here, the wait was not really that long and they brought our meal in the right order, (no appetizers after or at same time as entrée). Waitress was incredible and did a great job making you feel valued. Food was absolutely fantastic. Great flavor and cooked perfect. Meal type: Dinner"

"We had TUSCAN CHICKEN WITH SPINACH. The pizzas lemon vinaigrette and lemon garlic bring the flavor profiles to the pizza of sweet and savory. Along with the chicken and cheese. The atmosphere is always chill. Like this place alot. I do recommend."

"I traveled through Joplin and needed a place to meet my two sisters for lunch. With the help of Yelp... the Undercliff Grill appeared. I remember it was a year ago that we were there. In the middle of nowhere.... wasn't sure it was still open after COVID... so glad it was. We're here when they're open at 11:00. When we waited, a train came by... very cool. Kelly was our server and what a nice, pleasant woman. Great sense of humour and patience enough to treat one of my sisters who changed her mind after she ordered something!! We did it. Kelly was great. We ordered the Rueben, Hamburger with Fritten. Very delicious. Yes... good day trip and a great place for a meal."
