"I love this place! They?re always so nice when I go up here, it?s a cozy place to hang out and unwind. They have a lot of good book options as well. My favorite drink is the mean green detox, it?s so good and makes me feel good to start off my day. The portions make look small but they?re very filling, I couldn?t even finish mine in one day. They even sell shirts of their own and other small things, definitely worth your time."

"My fiance and I have been getting breakfast from here for about a year now, and have never had any issues until today. We ordered our usual breakfast order (3 chorizo egg and cheese and 3 potato egg and cheese). We got home and saw the 3 potato egg and cheese had bell peppers (green and red) and onions. We then called back and were told that they would remake them, but that is how they normally are made. For the year that we 've been ordering this same order, there have never been peppers and onions in our tacos. When we got back to the restaurant my fiance explained to the lady at the register what happened, and she proceeded to yell at him that she 's the assistant manager and that she 's worked there for 4 years, and that 's how they come. If this assistant manager had handled this situation any other way, we would probably return and just clarify no peppers and onions, but since she immediately resulted to yelling at my fiance about breakfast tacos, we will NOT be returning."

"We had a rather unpleasant experience with Lupe?s tonight. It started a little bad that the waitress did not let half the table drink until she came back with the drinks from the other half of the table that had already ordered. The chips tasted great as they had been fried in old oil and had a really bitter aftertaste. We told the waitress and she brought more, but they tasted exactly the same. I had ordered shrimp enchiladas and after the food arrived and I had taken a few bites, I realized they were spinach and not shrimp. The waitress said it was a quick repair to get a new dish, but until the shrimps came all the others at the table was almost ready with their food. I was so hungry and so a couple of people offered on the table to share some of their records, as the chips were essentially inexact and I had to wait so long. And waiting was not worth it, as the Enchiladas were very average, and I wouldn't order again. We also ordered Sopapillas at the end, which arrived burned and also at the end like the chips bitterly tasted. Probably fried in the same old oil as the tortilla chips. Because of this experience, none of us 7 plans to return to this place at dinner. The waitress was nice and tried, but the service was not good and the food left too much to wish, especially for the price."

"Excellent restaurant!!!! can't go wrong with the combination fajitas, the fajitas are the best in town, their shrimp wrapped in bacon, can't bit that, they are superb!!!! Who says that you can't enjoy a non alcoholic Michelada, ask for the Orlando G Michelada, and they will serve you one with Topo Chico mineral water, it's real refreshing!!!!"

"We absolutely loved this restaurant! Where to begin?!? If you have seen my other critiques, you will see that we are certainly no stranger to Mexican food establishments. We love what we love! The food was a great value, and really good! Their combination plates, and even the “build your own” offer a great selection of delectable Mexican inspired eats! The Fajitas where absolutely wonderful, and they didn’t overdo it with the vegies trying to make it “appear” to be more than it is. The childrens selections are price and portion appropriate and were enjoyed by all offspring. As a little side note, the chips and salsa are fresh made every day. The salsa could use a little more bite (this is Texas after all), but was flavorful and enjoyed by all guests.The atmosphere is a little “diveish”, but it lends itself to a more laid back and inviting environment. The staff was wonderful, and a little devilish if I may add in how they present their desert options. I can’t wait to go back and indulge a little with their strawberry sopapillas. And now for my favorite part, the adult beverages. Though I only had the chance to try one of their literal menu of margaritas, I tried the house margarita. This is no mix! This is the fresh real deal made in the restaurant everyday margarita. And it was wonderful! Perfectly blended to let the vapor of the alcohol mingle with just the right level of tang. Beware, these could get you in trouble! Absolutely wonderful. Congrats! I’d give it 2 thumbs up! You’ve got some serious repeat customers!"

"This was a nice, different, mom and pop place in Keller.It 's a relaxed setting here. No real bustle and urgency from the patrons or staff. Everyone was just there to sit and visit and enjoy.No alcohol served here, so if you 're looking for a place to grab a beer or margarita with your food, this isn 't it.If you 're not familiar with Salvadorian food, it looks similar to Mexican food, but is also not.You 'll get chips and salsa when you sit down and I 'd strongly advise against eating any.There 's nothing wrong with them, and I thought the salsa was good and actually had a little bite, but don 't get full on a texmex staple when you 're out to try Salvadorian.You 're gonna see lots of Yucca and Plantain on the menu. Chicharrón is also popular. Lots of seafood as well.You want a whole fried fish? Done.We ordered some nachos /mini tostadas for an appetizer, then ordered 6 pupusas (think a thick tortilla stuffed with whatever filling you picked) and a side plate of yucca with chicharrón and a side of plantain with cream.The nachos are made on what look like a tostada shell cut in half, or just a large half moon chip. White cheese with beans and carne asada on top. There was a seasoning to it I couldn 't pick out.We ordered 6 pupusas so we could try a variety of flavors. They all came out on a single plate. They look small and thin but they are not.To accompany the food you get a bowl of shredded and pickled cabbage and a bowl of cold red sauce to top it all off. The sauce is not intended to be spicy, so give it a try.One of the best parts of the meal was the drinks. They have a large menu of aguas frescas to choose from. Just bust out Google to translate everything. Just think lemonade but made with passion fruit, as an example. They also had lemonade and it was delicious.It 's a great place to stop by for a meal and we 'd all definitely like to go back and try more of the food.They also have a small market of Salvadorian food items to take home that you 'll see when checking out."
