"This place is a little hidden gem that I hope will be successful in the long run. We went on opening night and while it wasn't perfect, for the first night it was great. We got in around 6 PM and were out even before 7 came. We started off with the Fusion Nachos without sour cream. It was really good. I would opt out of the pico the next time as well (but I forgot the second time around). I didn't feel like the pico blended well with the rest of the ingredients but that's just the taste buds of mine as well as my companions. I ordered the Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas Pappardelle and it was almost perfect. The only thing that didn't work for me was the shredded carrots as I'm pretty sure it was raw shredded carrots. If it was cooked, it wasn't cooked enough to my liking. That's the only thing that I felt didn't jive so I'll just request it to be excluded or to be cooked if possible the next time I order it.
