"Everything was fine at best and I probably wouldnt order from here again. The Tamales were really solid, nice flavor. Real deal. The Lomo saltado had no flavor. I had asked if they could do it spicy and I would have understood if it just wasnt spicy but it wasnt seasoned at all, no salt or pepper, nothing. The fries werent crispy at all (I get that its to-go but this wasnt "the fries got soggy over time"; this was "they never got crispy to begin with" and the onions were barely cooked. I tried dousing it in the salsas they gave me The meat for the 12. Chilaquiles con Carne (Verdes y Rojos was at least seasoned a bit but was cooked pretty well and the chilaquiles themselves just had a weird kind of flavor. Overall, not thrilled."

"After visiting the Maritime Aquarium, my family and I were wanting to eat lunch. That is when we discovered Bandido’s Mexican Restauraunt. Upon entering we were greeted by Gabriel who was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate chips and salsa (x2), kids chicken tenders and fries, birria quesadillas, and the surf and turf. Each meal was filled with a ton of flavor. The chips were fresh, salsa full of flavor with just the right hint of spice, and the chicken fingers and fries were warm and tasty. The birria quesadillas were oozing with birria and cheese with a delicious consome sauce to dip into. It also had tasty rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de Gallo, and sour cream. Finally, the Mexican Surf and Turf included beautifully seasoned and cooked steak, shrimp, peppers, and mushrooms in a tequila cream sauce. The sauce was hearty and flavorful, bringing the dish together. Lastly, the soda was nice and cold and Gabriel made us a mango-lemonade that was absolutely delicious. The flavor of the food, customer service, and ambiance made for a delightful lunch.Kid-friendliness: Gabriel offered a high chair.Parking: There were a few spots available on the street."

"I am vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free, so not many options out there for me. I had hoped that the lime would be a new option that relatiw is close to the place where I live. Unfortunately there were only two options that were vegan and gluten-free: veggies / hummus and black bud chili. I ordered both. the hummus was kind of embarrassing, but was homemade and big portion. the chili seemed as if it were only dosen blacker beans heated and also quite dirty. I added salt (which look like ordinary table salt instead of a healthier option) and threw the hummus into the chili and it actually made a beautiful combo. the most crawling was great. for limited esser as me it is not the best option, especially not to know whether the eating is organic."

"Great ribs and great smoked fried chicken. Don't know what smoked fried chicken is? Just try it. It is delicious, juicy, thinly crusted, crispy, slightly sweet with honey and slightly spicy. What could make it better? A smaller portion for lunchtime. It was way too much food for lunch. Great service makes this my new go to place for BBQ in CT."

"Definitely had better Mexican in the area. First and foremost the chips the girl behind the counter gave me were stale once I began eating in the car on my way to work. Also when I ordered my plate with sauce on the side I specifically mentioned to the l girl that I would be carrying the food to-go In a lunch bag... well when I got in my car I noticed they had placed the sauce separately In a small to-go Styrofoam container. Other places actually give you a small Styrofoam jar with a lid. Becbecause of this.. the sauce began spill once in the bag. Lastly the price isn't worth the portion. Skip.."
