"We were there with our G Adventures group (about 12 of us in total) and the restaurant seemed unable to cope with all our orders, with food arriving only 50-60 minutes after orders had been taken. We had the alpaca with cinnamon & honey as well as the anticuchos. Generously-sized portions but both meats were rather tough."

"Went to inca's tower for breakfast. Waiter was a little boy. We asked for juice without water, since its a mess for the stomach. He confirmed and brought juice with water. Plate was ridiculously small, one small old bread, coffee came after breakfast. Ollantaytambo is a touristy place with (for Peru) high prices, i don't get the point why serve small and bad quality for high price. Positive is the nice view around town and the ruins."

"We had a decent meal, but they wanted to rip us off with the bill. Our 4 meals were 224 soles, but they contained a "control" of 40 soles and the total amount should be 270 soles. When I asked, they first claimed that this was the local tax everyone has to pay. That's a lie. Then they said it was the "optional service fee" and reduced the sum to 246 soles. I am very willing to type the usual 10, but the fee they first tried to calculate was almost 25 . And they must not include the tip in the bill. So it was a complete demolition. Other guests were charged similar fees of 20 25 for service. I demanded the “Libro de relamaciones” (customer register) that is a basic customer right in Peru, but they would not offer it. They didn't let me talk to the manager either. I complained to the local police and they point out that the review I had given was far from a proper bill. They took a note and the official promised to file a complaint with INDECOPI, Peru's public trade. Avoid this place."

"We had pizza here - so called pizza - it was inedible - revolting. The cheese was off and the dough base was some find of deep fried pastry. The most annoying thing was the bill - this added 10% for using a credit card (not advertised) and 15% on top of everything for service - which was non existent. I ordered a spanish omelet (vegetarian ingrediants) and it came with ham - there was no apology - no chance of having an omelet made according to the picture. Do NOT eat here"
