"I'd give it a 5 but my wife's onion rings were not good making her hamburger taste funny. Everything else was amazing but the onion rings were definitely not battered or coated in bread crumbs they tasted and looked like they were flour egg then flour again and the flour didn't cook fully leaving them pasty and gross. She pulled them off the burger and tossed out the side. My mushroom Swiss burger was amazing. We will be back but won't order the onion rings or the tots again just fries."

"I had a great experience at the Safire restaurant. The presentation of all dishes was amazing, especially the soft pulp I got. Prices are slightly higher, but each dish has a unique taste profile (of what I have read in the menu). I wish I tried the peanut butter cheesecake!"

"I have to strongly disagree with the popular negative reviews of this restaurant. For the years my father and I chose this place for lunch, we have not even disappointed or dissatisfied. Our waitress was annoying, patient and reliable, as our drinks were refilled, just as we ended them. I loved my food just like any other time I was here. On the photos are the Taco Salad without chips and the Super Tostada options, and the small paper slip of customers who enjoyed their experiences in this restaurant. With a warm atmosphere, passionate owners and consistently tasteful dishes, I recommend Casa Vieja not only the majority of hispanic-themed restaurants in the Oroville region, but usually over most restaurants. The place is located at 1560 Huntoon St, Oroville, CA 95965, if you are hungry, do yourself a favor and eat here."

"Wonderful lunch here today with my husband. We tried the Chile Rellanos and the Shredded Chicken Burrito and both were very hot (warm) and tasteful! Authentic taste. First place in a long time that we liked the beans and rice. Very recommended!!"

"This is the best Mexican restaurant for Canadians and locals within 100 miles! This place is old-school off the hook right on Main Street and I’m just putting this out there. It is the best Mexican restaurant within 100 mile radius. I’m surprised this place isn’t packed I’m telling you man I’ve been all over Latin America been all over Mexico. They’ve got real authentic cooks and I know that’s because it’s a Mexican community that is dominantly here now. Everything I had he was fantastic. Even the margaritas bit a little bit!"
