The service is top notch, you can tell when the staff really take pride in what they do and make serious efforts to let you have a great night. "I never had a burrito like those of zambreros; they have changed my life. I just made great experiences with this chain. the ingredients are fresh, the jalapeños are hot and the burritos are fat, plus they get double beans with a veggie burrito. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!"

"I adore Zambie's but please train your staff to be consistent with the amount of rice and re-fried beans used. My bowl was made with half as much goodness (and love) as it is at every other CBD Zambie's. (To break it down - a tiny scoop of rice and beans with an average amount of salad was used to make my bowl. Whereas normally the staff put 2-3 generous scoops of both rice and beans in.)"

"Had my birthday burrito a few days ago. I ordered the smokey chicken fajita and it is not bad at all. there are rice, chicken stable, tweepers, capsicum, salsa fresca and mayo, all wrapped in a pack. service was fast and friendly. they even wish me a good birthday before I left."

"Disappointing and noisy! Dined with friends on Friday night. Had to wait minutes for our table to be ready even though we had a booking for No room at the bar as it was packed. Most of us ordered the sausage, roast tomato and potato gnocchi special, but were rather disappointed with the small amount of gnocchi and lack of sausage and roast tomato. We were still hungry after our main course! It was quite clear that the staff want you to eat and run so they can get more covers."
