"Me and my husband went to this restaurant because we had a gift card. Half the tables n the bar side were filthy and they remained that way ths entirety of our stay. To be fair there was only one waiter but she had to...clean off a table for us to sit. Very bad."

"Had dinner for 3 on New Year's Eve, early. I've been to Taco Pica many times, and it's a favourite. Authentic Mexican and Guatemalan food, freshly prepared and reasonably priced.They weren't on their game New Year's Eve. The food took a loooong time to arrive table, and when it did it was under-seasoned, the sauces bland and in small portions. But hey, it's NYE, so maybe they were just not quite prepared for the crowd. Most unfortunate part of the experience: the server very brusquely told us "I need this table right now" as we were still eating and speaking. Note that I had a reservation, and we ordered off the menu, so it was hardly our fault the food took so long to arrive. An established restaurant needs to allot more than 45 minutes for a dinner reservation!"

"This is a very humble pub, not try too hard. You have slot machines in the corner and billiard tables, but don't let that fool you. (4/5) Despite the simple pub atmosphere and the slightly slow service (4/5), the food here was enormous and original....I had the hop and chips... and it was extremely interesting, tasty and satisfying. The seaweed gave him a fish taste without simply trying to copy fish; it even came with vegan tartaric acid sauce! Really light, crispy and amazing (5/5). My friend had stirred the tofu fry and it was very hearty, tasteful and extremely fillable (5/5). This place is a solid pub-ery for vegan and omnivores alike. I can't wait to come back."

"RIP OFF!!! Very expensive made sloppy and bad service. And to the person from Vancouver complaining ive been there and they have horrible pizza joints all over the place not to mention horrible areas drug infested ,gangster slums. The city is an unfriendly hole with...junkie needles everywhere you look. man i found that city soooo creepy!"
