"Used to be great. Can't even order anything, anymore left on hold on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer still. Food is good but I've been here for 4 weeks and can't even get through to them. Won't be back unless that changes."

"75 minutes & $80 I will never get back again! It took 40+ minutes to get food for myself & 3 kids at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night; not even busy in the restaurant. The waitress chose to sit with her friends instead of serving us. Paid for a coffee I never got b/c I was too irritated to check the bill before I paid. The bugs n' cheese was cold, the meat sauce for my daughters bandera bread was cold. The entire purpose for this place's existence is to provide food...they have failed in the past 4 years that we have lived in Smithers but this is the last time I will ever go here."

"This is our second time coming here and they messed up our food both times. This time they got half of our order right but they gave us MUSHROOMS instead of mozzarella sticks, their definition of a milkshake is soft-serve in a cup and by the time our food was fixed it was cold. The first time that we came here our fries and onion rings were burnt to a crisp but yet somehow also soggy the sandwiches were sloppy and hardly thrown together. 1star"
