"Asistí un fin de semana a comer a este lugar relativamente nuevo en Tampico, por lo mismo observé que los platillos los sirven Fríos y la atención es muy mala, tardan mucho inclusive para traerte el menú, para poder ordenar y no se diga para traer los alimentos. Soy de la Cd de México y he comido mil veces en esta cadena, y la considero muy buena, pero al chili's de Tampico le falta mucho que aprender en atención al cliente y preparación de alimentos. No regresaría a este."
