"Horrible lunch service today! Manager this is to you: Your place is upfront with customers when your team does not know how to run a register or take an order. I have been here before without this kind of an issue it's not your staffs issue it's yours. At 11:55 in the morning there is no reason why people are taking orders that don't know how to work the register and five people expediting. Extremely disappointing as I've wasted my lunch hour at your place and then finding it equally as important to tell you what I think because when I asked for you I was told to wait a few minutes."
