"When we arrived for our reservation there was a party wrapping up however the party lingered for another hour of loud shouters and our waitress was distracted by the other guests than to make sure we were ok. The music was so loud that we could not hold a conversation. The waitress decided to end her time with us to attend another party in the same place a little unprofessional to say the least... lastly when we went to pay our order with our debit card the waitress insisted on taking my husbands drivers license to the back to write down his information we found it odd and refused to provide the card I understand needing to see it but not taking out information not cool later we just paid in cash never to go there again even if the food was good! That never happens at Havana or Cabo or Made in Puerto Rico or Mamajuana... this was our first and last visit at Casa! Very disappointing!"

"This is my first time ordering from here and although the delivery was fast I was very disappointed. The food has an amazing taste but the restaurant is extremely cheap. I almost spent $30 on my order and they gave me an extremely small portion of guacamole which did not fill the container and looked eaten. The container for rice and beans was also very small and not even halfway filled. It also looked like someone else ate and gave me the leftovers. Please do not be cheap when people are spending money. Thank you."
