"Definitely not up to usual standards, but this is the second time it’s happened. Kitchen was unbelievably slow over two hours for entrees to arrive. And they missed two of our appetizers in a group of six. One of the two apps arrived with the mains and the other never arrived at all. Steak was overcooked and burgers were dripping grease. Because we waited so long for our food, we didn’t send it back."
