"Definitely not the world's best cheese curds. They are soft like American cheese product and the batter is light and flaky but together they are kind of mushy and gross. The drinks were alright. The Ruben was nothing special either. Maybe the smoked wings would have been the way to go"

"Was a line but went fairly quick. Steak was a little salty , rice a little over cooked and wish the steak nachos had some toppings other than just cheese. but it was still good. Staff was friendly but quick. Would try it again."

"Should of known this wasn’t a place for us when walking into the restaurant we were greeted by a covered pool table being used for a hostess stand and it didn’t appear very clean. Our table ordered drinks and dinner. Our orders included walleye, broasted cod, boneless wings and the prime rib special. The walleye was so disgusting I ate a quarter of it. Very greasy and no flavor. Green beans tasted like they were being cooked in a steam table ALL day. Mashed potatoes were not “real”. Broasted cod was also disgusting, very chewy and dry. Prime rib had no flavor and was overcooked. After receiving the bill I realized that the Pina Colada I ordered was actually a “virgin” Pina Colada for some reason and was charged $4.50. Will definitely not be back and do not recommend."

"If you want a different kind of dining experience this is the place to try out! Its cosy, good music selection and plenty of room so you are not bumping into your neighbours when entering and exiting your table. The wait staff are friendly and courteous. Their food is flavorful, there is a varity and good portion size! They bring out your steak on a hot stone and tell you how long to cook it. They provide a timer on the table. The meat was cooked to perfection! My husband who always orders steak where ever we eat is always complaining how the steak is never cooked like how he tells them. This time he couldnt say enough good things about. Not only was it cooked to his perfection but the seasoning they used were delicious!! We would definatly recommend High Rock Cafe ,and will dine here again! Asha"

"Me and one of my children went to the restaurant I don’t remember if it was like 8 o’clock at night 830 at night I know the kitchen did close they were warning us so we did order some nachos before the kitchen closed and I had to say the nachos were delicious I had a fun cocktail a kid had a son virgin cocktail. We enjoyed a great time the staff was super friendly the manager was fantastic and it was so good to his staff, so that’s kind of place you want to frequent when you see a manager pitch again and helping out and taking care of his team. I had the two fun seasonal cocktails. I will say I learned I don’t like bourbon, so do not recommend that one like bourbon is good otherwise it was a little too strong for me."
