"No Quality food, No customer service, Not taking repeat order from on table customer. Owner is a chef and categorically do not taking repeat order... Owner donot like Asian or vegetarian communities... Guest went hungry... I donot recommend this restaurant.... Even Waiters and waitress mentioned that they have enough and willing to quite this place...We don't won't to give even 1star rating they deserve BIG NO NO NO"

"First time at masala passed at the morning and smelt the curry cooking so called back for lunch and boy was I glad we did the food and the servers was very friendly. We had a mixture of dishes and shared the them absolutely amazing curry and rice we will certainly pay you a visit on our next trip to blackpool"

"Cheap and cheerful food, although not as cheap as it used to be. I ordered the Chicken Curry which looked nice. I wasn't offered a choice of side and was given chips without being asked. I'd have actually prefered rice but wasn't given the option and I couldn't be bothered to query it. The chicken in the curry was unfortunately quite dry, however it did taste quite nice. Kids eat free with a paying adult."

"I’ve been coming to this place for months now since I’ve moved local and it’s absolutely outstanding. The staff super friendly and the Curry’s are mouth watering! Regard to the previous reviews I don’t believe this is true as the restaurant has always been busy when I arrive, I normally have late meals so I go around 9:30pm 10:30pm, I’ve not had a single person come up to me about they stop serving, so I think someone is trying to ruin this family run business!! Matter of fact I came in for a meal I think it was 10:50pm and a tall waiter came over to me and warm welcomed me I did insist to the waiter I’ll be in and out, he responded with take your time we’re not in a rush. So beautiful food once again and I’ll see you guys again soon!"

"Awful service waiter was wearing trakkie bottoms and baseball cap, he looked really shabby like he had just been doing a drug deal! And the chef was no better wearing trakkie bottoms and t-shirt. How this place got a 5 rating is behond us! McDonalds is better service and the staff at least in uniforms"

"We ordered a ultimate mix kebab kebab with cheesy chips can honestly say it was one of the best kebabs we ever had. beautiful pieces well cooked meat warm naan brot. the salat was so beautiful, fresh crispy. free. garlauchbrot was also really good. would recommend!"

"Very nice family atmosphere. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I came here recently with my family and we really enjoyed the food. I ordered the Chicken Karahi and asked for it to be made in 'apna style ' and medium spice they delivered the curry exactly as requested and I couldn 't have been happier. Thanks guys."

"Had an excellent afternoon tea here with friends last Friday. Lovely sandwiches and savouries and then to finish some delicious cakes with unlimited tea, waiter/waitresses regularly topping up our tea pots and asking If everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble they...even gave us some hot water when we asked for it. Presentation was great too, lovely old fashioned China tea sets. I've recently had afternoon tea at the Savoy in London and the service here in the cafe is on par. Well done to you all"
