"Visited Liana's tea shop a good few times since they opened in August. Alone or with company, in never seems to disappoint. Great selection of herbal teas, and scrumptious sandwiches, home made cakes. Love their afternoon tea also. My 85 year old Nan friend loved their surprise bday afternoon tea gathering. Nan is still talking about it. Taking her there for the Christmas afternoon tea. Priceless quality time for us all. It's a fab place overall. Highly recommended. Thanks LiAna team."

"I ordered what I always orser from any takeaway... King prawn biriany and King prawn butterfly which was accompanied by a tub of mint sauce and salad. I also recieved a complimentary poppadom. The food was absolutely delicious I couldn't fault it if I tried. Mint sauce was sweet went well with the poppadom. Food was delivered on time and presentation was spot on. Would highly recommend to have a go. (Unfortunately couldn't take any pics..... greed got the best of me..."

"I have been using “The Nishan” since about 1995 when I was a Taxi driver for PM cars by Emerson Park station. I’ve always loved it and enjoyed the food. I went to collect our order (Saturday Night) as I know they are very busy, got in the shop and waited at the counter. I had a brief chat with another guy doing likewise. He was served and the guy on the counter acknowledged me and said my food wouldn’t be long. He knows who I am anyway. Whilst waiting at the counter a clear view can be seen pretty much straight down the kitchen where the guys are feverishly cooking. There are about 4 of them. One of the guys opened an oven of some kind, to the left of the doorway I was looking through. A tray which I thought at the time (and now know to be Bombay Potatoes) was half out of the oven. One of the chefs was ladling the potatoes from the tray/oven on the left of the kitchen to the Wok/Pan on the hob to the right. Some was dropped on the floor. Here’s where is gets sinister. The guy then (with his hands and the ladle/spatula) scoops up the Potatoes and drops them straight into the pan. I was speechless. I then asked if the pan of Bombay potatoes was in fact MY pan of Bombay potatoes. I was told that yes, it was, the guy thinking that I was concerned at the delay. I am a little ashamed to admit that I did at this point have a sense of humour bi-pass. I cancelled my order, threw a few F’s about and left. This is disgusting. It’s a floor! People are walking on it with their shoes! The food we buy from here we put into the mouths of our children! I will never order from here again. It’s not that I haven’t got my way or some other slight. I have been a patron for decades and won’t deny I have always been happy and looked after. Very very disappointing, I have been badly let down as possibly has anyone else who orders from here if these practices are standard. I will be reporting this to Environmental Health on Monday morning."
