"I've moved in to taste the food. first Friday after covid lockdown version. they immediately said they were in the position. to be honest, there were only two of us and the whole middle series of tables were empty. it would have been good to sit on the back. somehow we went and went to taj agra, who saved the day to dinner in relation to the denial of another business. We will certainly return here. first impressions and all."

"Hard to go past a $10 lunch (were were there on a Saturday). Tucked away in one of the side streets in the Town Centre, no parking out front, but try the side streets. Food is authentic and delicious. The service was friendly and helpful and the food came quite quickly.The lunch special has a more limited range of dishes, but still includes noodle or stir fry chicken, beef or pork. Our laksa and stir fried beef with ginger and shallots were both great. Serving sizes were good, and there was enough rice with the meals. We also ordered Thai fish cakes off the entree menu at an extra cost; very nice too. With these, and soft drinks our meal came to $35.There's take-away and limited home delivery, worth a visit."

"Recently attended after the restaurant changed hands and names. It was a Friday night and although they had a few takeaways the restaurant was very quiet. Perhaps the word hasn't got around yet. I thought the food was lovely. The service good and the price is around average. We had pappadums with a tantalising mint sauce to start along with an Asian infused Indian cauliflower dish which was very different but tasty. For the mains we had a Goat curry and a chicken Vindaloo with Roti bread, Raita and saffron rice.The Vindaloo was excellent very delicious with a real good hit of heat as a Vindaloo should be but not overpowering. The roti bread was thin and crisp and the raita tangy and nice as well as the rice. The curry sauce that the goat was in had a subtle flavour and was very nice. Unfortunately the actual goat tasted more like mutton and was quite fatty in parts.The service was good although the only other negative I have is that after our mains were served we were asked if we wanted rice which we had already previously ordered and should have come straight out with our mains. Overall I would certainly recommend this if your palate feels like good Indian food."
