"This was recommended by staff at my hotel, Hotel Taodomus. They knew that La Napoletana has gluten-free pizza when calling 24 hours ahead. They called me and found out that GF-Teig was ready for this evening. There were about 20 pizza choices, but I just decided and had a Margherita pizza that was excellent! The dough was made clear. And the pizza came out very quickly, but that could be because we were there on the early side of dinner (7pm). My sister also loved her (regular crust) Pizza Allan Norma. Pizzeria is located directly on the main pedestrian area in Taormina. I wish I had been able to taste the Panna Cotta or Lemon Sorbet that they offer for dessert, but I couldn't even finish this wonderful pizza."
