"If you want to be disappointed just like when you were a child and dad never followed through on your big days out, this is the place for you! But in all seriousness, greatly disappointing. I don't expect much from places I choose to drink away the loneliness in airports but even this had me surprised. So a few tips for the staff at Tap House, from someone who once had to put on that fake smile and pretend to care in the hospo industry. Firstly, actually listen to customers ordering instead of trying to get away as soon as possible to perhaps tell kitchen staff how to make a mess of things (more on this later). Secondly, you are not 5 and when you are confronted with your mistake don't try prove that you are right by showing the receipt as this is not proof if you did not follow number 1. I'm not an amazing cook, but I am pretty sure that putting spag bol on top of some corn chips and forgetting to melt the cheese shouldn't be considered nachos. The cider was alright though, but the staff didn't have to make it so I can't give them that really."

"Best cheap eat, good portion and just like original style Thai street food! Padthai is the best. We had Tomyum soup, they only put lots of mushrooms and a bit meat but the taste is so good!"

"We have come to visit this restaurant several times and we are very happy with the food served. They are very tasty and in fact the quality of the food cooked has been like that for years. I tried the fried rice, it was delicious. The Kwetiau Siram was amazing with quite a generous serving size and I really love the gravy for it. The deep fried tofu (Batagor) was also delicious. We can request the spicy sauce to be mild if you prefer. The tofu was fried well which can be seen as golden colour but inside they were still fluffy and not overcooked. The only difficulty to dine in this restaurant is that you might need to wait to get a table as this restaurant is very popular but it doesn't have many tables available."

"By far the worst online ordering experience and service by Norwest. From ordering to delivery was going to be over 90 mins so I cancelled when it was expected to be delivered in 40mins. Rang to check on the order after 60 mins then was informed that they still haven’t cooked it and will require more time. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Service: Delivery"
