"We were fortunate to visit Clarette during one of the sunniest days in London. We were sitted outside in a table for six. Staff were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable on the dishes and of course willing to suggest specific options. Food choices are quite limited but there are more than enough to choose and share. We tasted the fried squid which was delicious, croquetes of pulled pork, scallops (not their best dish) and bream cevice. We were sitted outside but the main area inside is lovely and same goes for the bar. Prices were quite high vs the food portion but it is understandable given the Marylebone area. Though, wine prices we have to admit were very high. We paid 27£ for half a bottle of white wine. Overall, I would visit again."

"The food was a kind of gland and it lacked any sensible season. The steak I got was not medium rare but barely cooked, and even after returning was rare and the quality was not indicative for the $58 price. The meat was hard and tasteless. The mashed potatoes contained too much cream and gave no taste in addition to the strong milk consistency The dessert was underwhelming and unoriginal. I also found the lack of green salad choices a little strange. I was often in Paris and was never in any restaurant without a salad. Gabarinos owned by the same person below is a solid 4-star Italian restaurant that has never disappointed. I will not return to Twisted Frenchman...Paris 66 Bistro is much better for authentic French cuisine. For the $200 we spent, I would have got a much better meal at Altius, Hyde Park or Capital Grill."

"Our group arrived at and ordered by We were not all served our drinks until When the last drink came it was also the wrong order. The food did not fully arrive until after and at different times. We asked for a manager twice and was told he was busy. When he finally came his excuse was that he had a large group that was taking his attention and our food would soon be started. He made no effort to salvage the dining experience nor make a full apology for the poor service other than to equivocate saying we had to wait. Shameful given it is a Saturday night and one would expect them to be able to handle the occupancy An awful dining experience and I would never come back. I would encourage others to avoid unless you are actively seeking an opportunity to sit at a bare table with no food and drinks for sixty minutes"

"Just so delicious. I had the steak, which was cooked perfectly and was the tastiest steak I’ve ever had. The sides were spot on as well. I’m Coeliac and they were very accomodating. 90% of the menu was gluten free. Strawberry soufflé to top it off (Y. U. M.)10/10 food, 10/10 atmosphere and 10/10 service."
