"I've been to Est twice- for the dinner tasting menu and lunch à la carte, so my review below is based on both experiences.<br>

Service is fairly good. Staff are largely attentive, helpful and friendly, although there were a few instances of forgetting our requests.<br>
<br>
Ambience and decor are very nice, creates a lovely setting to relax and catch up with friends. In the day especially, the light pours in through the tall windows and creates a lovely bright mood.<br>
<br>
Unfortunately the food and drinks can be a hit or miss. Some of the dishes were quite nice and some really were not (found quite a few to be too salty, too dry). Some of the cocktails were not great either (e.g. mine tasted too similarly to Thai green curry for my preference!)<br>
<br>
Overall-- Est is great for service, ambience and environment, but you'll find better food and drink elsewhere."

"Came here when it opened. It's like a piece of Greece / Italy in the middle of the city. I love everything knows. I ordered the Barramundi, the Yummo was and was very simple. The rocket and parmesalate is also yummo. It's pretty expensive, such a good place to celebrate."
