"Perfect for a nice Sunday lunch with the family. They were extremely busy (it was a Sunday afternoon) but a great atmosphere and really friendly staff. The roast was good, although the meat was over cooked (on both plates) but the sticky toffee pud was one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time. I’ll definitely be booking again."

"If you're up for something a bit fancy La Polenteria is a great option. The staff were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and asked if there were any vegans at our table (two of us were) then pointed out everything on the menu we could eat (the items were clearly labelled vegan as well). There were 3 appetisers and 3 mains that were vegan, as well as most of the side dishes. I had the beetroot polenta and really enjoyed it. Definitely something different and a nice change from the usual vegan fare in the area."

"We had a selection of mezes mostly meat and must say the lamb was fantastic. It was a busy Fri evening yet service was attentive and not too intrusive. They sat us by the door which was very chilly but when it got more quiet we asked to move and they were able to accommodate that ? Even had live music which made the meal even more pleasant."
