"4.5, clean, good service. The server did forget a salad, but he was quick to correct. Nice portions, flavor was good. Only waited 20 minutes on a Saturday night. My one critique is that they should redesign the bacon scallop app. Maybe increase the amount you get to five or six. Or relabel it as an amuse-bouche. If you have a table of four you're only getting one bite."

"The service is trash because our waitress (patty) had no help we could hear her yelling in the kitchen for help but no one did anything to help her. Elvis the manager has the worst attitude and not welcoming at all. Elvis argued with us about the starter saying that we ordered stuffed mushrooms when we actually ordered the artichoke dip. Our food took an hour and thirty minutes to come out and we ordered a side salad and it came out when we got the check. When we looked at the check the manager left the charge of the stuffed mushrooms on the bill even though Patty told him to take the charge off."

"Red Lobster as every restaurant during the height of Covid had it's own unique challenges with staffing and menu item availability. There were times that we visited Red Lobster in 2020 and 2021 that we actually wondered if the restaurant chain would survive. Our last visit in May 2022 definitely gave us the impression that hopefully this restaurant will be around for us to enjoy in the future. The service was excellent with attentiveness from the greeter, our server and even the bartender. The food was great and our drinks were mixed to perfection. An overall superb dining experience. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you for making Red Lobster one of our top places to dine out again. Your staff are doing everything right!"

"I smell cigarette smoke oh, and I talked to the manager who said they did a trash run and left the door open and said that it was only for a few seconds. But I could smell smoke for the amount of time that it takes to smoke a cigarette it was very disturbing when trying to enjoy the meal. I also had a jumbo shrimp cocktail on the Strip tasted waterlogged"

"They were very short staffed on the day I went (only 2 servers for the entire restaurant). But to balance it out and not overwork the servers, they made customers wait until seating them. Plenty of open tables, but definitely understand why. Well managed! Staff was obviously overwhelmed, yet they were still so friendly and efficient. Food is great! Portions are very big. Be careful not to over-order. Great place to go with a group and try different things."

"Red Lobster is Red Lobster. You can count on those wonderful biscuits, good food and fast service. However, when friends and I visited the Wayne Rd location yesterday, employees went above and beyond for us. We had several special requests due to someone with special needs in our party of four. The young ladies up front seated us in a quiet more dimly lit area as we asked. The manager turned down the music for us. And our waiter, Michael, was amazing. When our special needs companion had to take a box home with most of her dinner, Michael added extra food and biscuits for her. Our Red Lobster experience was wonderful yesterday."
