"I am giving THIS Pick Up 5 stars , not for the food. It is a fast food restaurant so nothing much to say about that. I am giving them a 5 star for the OUTSTANDING Customer service I received while dinning there… I was greeted by Alfredo or Alfonzo please forgive me for not remembering his name), the new manager. He greeted me with a smile, let me know proximately how long my order would, and checked on me half way through my meal. Businesses just don’t offer service like that anymore… Once again thank you for the great services.."

"Came here during lunch and parking here was crazy. Not only that, but as the construction continues, it limits the spots even more. The lines here in Pick Up Stix were not too bad compared to the other restaurants, so I decided to go with this. First, from everything here, customer service was by far the best I ever received from a fast food Chinese restaurant. I ordered the House Chicken Lunch Combo which comes with the house Chicken, white rice and one side of some cream cheese Wontons. The chicken was good, but somehow salty, and everything else was only close to good, but still decent. It's a little expensive here unless you decide for the lunch special that makes things a $1 cheaper than it's normally."
