"The place was not heated and cold. We had to put back our jackets which we re moved on arrival. The food was grotesque. portions were large, dishes filled with inedible food. The worst mashed potatoes ever, , unhealthy fried squash . the Brussel sprouts hard and not well cooked The pollock was fresh but a piece of fresh fish sitting on a mount of defective mashed potatoes and other unappealing food without a sauce to fix some of the problems . does not help turning things around. We asked for a cup of soup which is priced on the website at $10.00. We were billed $15 which was the price for a bowl of soup. on. the menu in house. The waiter was helpful and service was quick, Not surprisingly. There were three guests beside us. No espresso served in this restaurant. We had to go to a close StarBucks. Finally the environment. It is like a Fishermen restaurant sitting on a Mediterranean Island with a very cheap decoration and furniture which does. not bother me if the food was good. But when you add all other elements I could say that this was one of the worst meals I had in my entire life."

"We enjoyed a lovely dinner here with great food and friendly service. We each had a mezcal based house cocktail, that we liked. We enjoyed the oysters, broccolini and clam toast. My partner enjoyed the crab roll. The clam chowder was the only slight miss it was flavourful but not at all chunky and it felt like I was mostly eating broth. We ate outside, under a roof (it was a slightly rainy night and some of the tables weren't fully protected from the rain although ours was). The setting was nice with plenty of plants and heat lamps. The one downside of eating outside was our table had benches rather than proper chairs (most outdoor seating was chairs, we were unlucky)."

"I enjoy the fresh seafood and more specifically, fresh oysters from this spot. Prices are a bit higher than the Japanese restaurants in the area who also sell fresh oysters, but the quality is still really great. The oysters are yummy and juicy."

"Visited this location on Sunday. It was pretty busy and the wait time for seating was 50 minutes, but they were DEFINITELY understaffed. Our server (who I would mention by name if I kept the receipt) was very attentive and kind which is especially worth noting in this case as she mentioned that she had to work from open to close. As for the food, everything was good (about what you'd expect from a casual chain restaurant) and the pina colada was amazing. I do want to draw attention to the wagyu burger which I believe is a relatively new addition to Red Lobster's menu (added in 2021 if I'm not mistaken). I tried it for the first time on this visit and it was definitely a good burger, but I can't help but think it was no better than any other burger could be. Mine could have done with a bit more salt (which I added myself). The white cheddar doesn't exactly add a whole lot of flavor to the burger, but was a welcome addition to the mix nonetheless. Overall, I expected more from a Wagyu burger, but I can only assume that given the price, they're using American wagyu, which is not as flavorful as Japanese wagyu. Not going to delve further into the complexities of flavor though at a Red Lobster establishment of all places, but all I can say is that the burger was good, not great. With that being said, overall, the food and service was good. I don't think you can ask for much more than that. The restroom was also clean which is always something I look for when visiting a restaurant."

"There was no dinner. We spent dollars to get there, and the restaurante was closed! It was an insult! The restaurant simply act like nothing happened, and sent us no message even to apologize. I really hope that no one else have to go through this like we did"
