"Matt Moore runs a great restaurant. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. I highly recommend the Dove Sole."

"Perfect experience! The Fettuccine Carbonara were probably the best I've ever had. The service was attentive and friendly - even though the place was busy. Absolutely to suggest!"

"For an event for tyler cameron (which is the only reason why I believe that people at all know or want to come to this place). I'm early at 10 o'clock with no line there. bouncer didn't check my id or vaccination card. I scanned the ticket. it cost a drink with a gf while the amount started to come. right in front of the DJ stand is close and hit one of the bouncer called snoop. very nice. respectful and did his job, but not at all aggressive. Honestly, one of the sweetest bouncers I met. the amount began to get a little pushy and came this new bouncer who was extremely aggressive and rude. the people sneaked and tried to get past the rope. when the time went on, it seemed as if he let his friends go back and forth as they liked. I came several times through the crowd in the man and he pushed back very strongly. his friend went by and it seemed like he wanted to flex, so he took me and tried to accompany me from no good reason. another man at the front door asked what happened because I was not contradictory or caused a scene. I said how terrible the bouncer was and they didn't kick me out. after that my gf and I still had a good time. I would not recommend to come to a packed event with security as these. I wonder how they treat people who actually cause a jerk. crazy love for snoop tho?"

"The Garage Bar Sandwiches is a popular spot in the Northwest Side on Milwaukee Avenue. Our group of six experienced the rooftop lounge, which was sunny and boiling during our summertime visit. Service was decent, though I recall one of our six was constantly waiting for her drink order to be served. I experienced no such wait, staying hydrated with fruity beers as well as water. The Saturday special is the Biscuit Bomb, so each of our three couples ordered one to split. It's a fried chicken sandwich served on a big ol' biscuit, with bacon, avocado, cheese, chipotle mayo, and a side of lattice chips. I honestly only remember the chicken and the biscuit, but those are the main two ingredients so it was a tasty success. We eyeballed the giant pretzels served to other folks, which could be fun to split amongst 6 peeps (that's how large the pretzels look! ."

"That was our second dinner here. The food is good, creative and visually pleasant. We had oysters to have been kept colder and the hot sauce bottle they bought was dirty. Kruste sauce around the cap and sticky on the bottle. We had tuna tar, very good, but we had to ask for more cramps. The crab cake is also very good. We also had the BBQ duck, good. Our problem this time was our server bought all food within 5 minutes. We had asked him to clear it a little. Next time we will order one or two items at a time. So glad this restaurant is BYOB."
