"I ordered on postmates and postmates has already refunded me. But I wanted to review here because after calling 4 times and no answer I needed to leave a review! I am very sick at home with covid and cannot leave my house. They left out a lot of my order. I'm very disappointed and will not ever use this panera again. I mean it's 3:30 pm not a busy lunch kr dinner time and u can't answer your phone? Yea lousy business"

"Terrible food. I had boycotted this place after some bad experiences. Dirty tables, comprehensible as they are short staff..but COLD SOUP and a cold chicken sandwich? I went back to get a new soup, and I got an even bigger bowl, the carvings of dried cakes on soup from the sides of the container. Not fresh. The chicken sandwich was hard and cold, very hard to eat. Not what I expect from Panera. Definitely won't come back to this, especially after I had a nice stomach pain and got sick shortly after my meal. Didn't eat today. Who should be responsible for this store needs a reality check. Shame."

"Great alternative. If you spend a lot of time in downtown, you can get tired of the overpriced resturants and torn tonk bars. Every time in a while it's nice to just get a good sandwich or salad that Panera Bread does so well. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. Meets and surpasses my expectations. The food is all I expect from Panera and is also a great place to get good groundless coffee, although Mike's ice cream is still the place for the best coffee, in my opinion. All in all, it's a big break for the norm."

"Solid Panera Bread, I've mostly had good experiences. I wish they would keep their tea more fresh (especially as they recently upped their price for drinks). The place is usually clean and I think the food quality is solid overall."
