"Came into the local IHOP pretty early in the morning around 4:30 am. I have to say I was impressed with the service I received. The server was extremely efficient and courteous. She didn't rush me or overwhelm me the entire time I was here. She always had a smile on her face even though you could tell she was tired. I'm not sure how the day crew is but I'll be sure to visit again. I do dialysis over night and am pretty hungry once I'm done at 4 am. There's not many places to eat that are open that early. I think this will be my stop for a while."

"We have a family of 5We went around 10, they were very busy .. We were recognized and greeted when we went in the door, they were sitting pretty fast. Our waitress was Ciara she was super sweet and made sure we had our drinks full and we often checked to make sure we had everything we needed, it was wonderful service. I would also like to say that at the top of the busting they had the tables and cleaning/disinfection every table that left .which I was glad to see how clean this restaurant was especially withCOVID-19 I felt very comfortable to know how clean the tables and chairs was. So thank you to the staff and the management of IHOP for the great food and the safe environment!"

"We went to this IHOP location on a Thursday morning and it was not busy at all. We are used to having to wait at local Perkins and Dennys in the area. Not busy usually equates to not good, but we were pleasantly surprised by the good service by Francisco and the great food. Prices are generally in the $8 to $13 price range, but portion sizes were good.My wife had the 55+ Breakfast Sampler (1 egg, 1 pancake. 1 sausage link, 1 hashbrown, 1 ham slice, 1 bacon slice). It was great! She really enjoyed the perfectly cooked over easy egg, the hashbrown and the ham!I had the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker Sandwich. They allowed me to substitute whole grain bread and breakfast potatoes as my side with NO upcharge. It was fantastic, super tasty and very filling.We will be back! See pics and short video."

"We used to come here a lot but haven’t in a few years. When we walked in today at 10am the doors were so filthy we questioned if we should stay. Then they proceeded to sit us kind of by the restrooms and I had to ask to be moved because they smelled so bad I wasn’t going to be able to stomach my food. We moved to the other side of the room and it still smelled faintly of a portajohn. If it’s that bad out front it makes you wonder about the back. The food was bad. My husband wouldn’t eat hardly any of the meat or eggs. And somehow we got charged $78 for four simple meals. Husband was in such a hurry to leave and go somewhere else we just paid it and ran out. I’ve worked as a server for years and this is unacceptable standards for a restaurant let alone a franchised one. Never saw a manager once.Will never go back."
