"I have always enjoyed Outback but It never really blew my socks off, until now. My husband and I went for dinner the day after the hurricane. We needed a hot meal and to wind down after such a high stress couple of days and Outback (to our surprise) was open. We of course started with much needed cocktails. Surprisingly, the manager was behind the bar helping the bar tenders, and he made my drink. It was really good! We ordered a second one and it was just as good as the first! Not the norm for my past Outback experiences. We were seated for dinner and I ordered a steak. I don 't normally order a steak at Outback (I know, I 'm silly) but this time I was craving a big ole steak with all the trimmings. I called it 'hurricane hunger '. It came out quick, hot and prepared exactly to my liking (medium well). I ate the entire thing! My husband didn 't know if he should be impressed or concerned, he eventually chose impressed. The service was wonderful, food and drinks were memorable and my impression has definitely changed towards ordering a steak at Outback. Thank you for satisfying this little ladies 'hurricane hunger '."
