"We had tickets for the writing, as we saw the waiting queue, we might think we were late, but the staff was good t to get the people sitting, and when we mentioned, we were short time that someone came and took our order immediately and eating came really fast and as always recommended to standard that this place had never had a bad meal at each of their rests."

"We had dinner here on Monday at noon and were busy, we decided to sit outside to enjoy the good weather.The staff was very friendly and smiling. We ordered Duck Gyoza, Ebi Katsu Langostinos, Yaki Udon and Chicken Katsu Curry.The Gyoza duck and lobsters were charming, Yaki Udon is one of my favorites.The Katsu Curry chicken came and the chicken was cooked and very dry. The staff was very busy, we managed to get someone's attention on the chicken. The lady apologized and offered to replace all the food, I told her it was okay to replace the chicken. They pulled out another chicken and it was still very dry, unfortunately we couldn't catch anyone's attention and we both finished our food, so we left the chicken. It was a shame, as this dish is usually great, but the chicken was very thin and very dry.When the waitress came to clean the table, we mentioned that the second chicken was still very dry. She was very kind and said she'd talk to the chef. When he brought the bill, he explained that we were not charged for the Katsu chicken.The staff was very friendly and I think they were much more busy than they expected, so they could not do the usual controls."

"From all veggy/meat restaurants Waggas still comes up in my book. You have a dedicated vegan menu with some really impressive dishes. All foods are freshly cooked and I was never disappointed tbh. The Bournemouth version of Waggas is characterized by the fact that it serves good portions compared to our local Waggas. Try the tempura sticky ribs, both very well if you like this type of food."
