"I had high hopes for Father 's, but it was not what I hoped for. The matzo ball soup had (unadvertised) curry powder in it and it was virtually inedible. My companion had it too and thought it needed salt. I thought it was just awful. The manager took it off our bill and agreed that it was unseasoned but I don 't think that was the issue. My whitefish melt was OK but way too salty. Service was friendly, but this just wasn 't what I 'm looking for in either Israeli ' (which it really isn 't) or Jewish Deli (which is more what it thinks it is, but it 's not good Deli either) cuisine."
